Scrollioli is launching with a focused support promise: clear billing guidance, help when an import misses, and standard email follow-up when something blocks dinner.
Section 01
Email support@scrollioli.com for account, billing, and import issues.
Include the exact source URL, a short recipe title, and the step where it failed so we can reproduce your issue.
Our target response window is one business day for most launch-phase support requests.
Section 02
We support subscription questions, canceled or failed checkouts, import troubleshooting, and help with planning and grocery flow issues you can reproduce.
We do not provide nutritional, medical, or food safety guarantees. Imported recipes should still be reviewed before cooking.

Report suspected abuse or security issues directly at support@scrollioli.com with [security] in the subject line.
If you see a harmful link, prompt, or behavior inside the app, share the exact browser URL and timestamp from the page where it appeared.
We review and triage these reports during business hours and prioritize clear abuse-impacting reports first.
Section 04
Supported imports at launch are public recipe or blog URLs, public social or video URLs, and uploaded screenshots. Private or login-gated sources are not supported.
If an import lands in review, that is part of the supported experience. Check the draft before saving it, especially for caption-heavy or screenshot-based recipes.
Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and the Stripe Billing Portal. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your account page.

Use the in-app import troubleshooting flow before emailing, and share logs or screenshots only when requested.
